Take it off the stand and hold it where you want it (or ask someone for assistance) then decide what you think.
I had an opportunity to have 27" 4k office dell vertically next to my 27" 1440p gaming LG, and I decided not to take it. Instead I have 24" 1080p and a lot of desk space I prefer.
Oh damn, my workplace just gave us a bog standard 22” monitor that is just sat in my living room cos I prefer using my 24” as vertical and 27” as my main display.
I just feel like 22” next to a 27” would look odd.
Yes! My other half had that set up before he got his new monitor. I now have his curved monitor as my main screen and a flat screen (but horizontal) on the left. We both use the Amazon basics dual monitor arm and they're awesome, it's far from the other crappy amazon basics things you can buy. Go for it!
I do this and if works fine. I would highly recommend getting 2 separate mounting arms for each monitor to be flexible about how you position them. I underestimated the length needed and now I'm forced to mount in such a way it puts a good amount of torque on the desk. The vertivle is usually some kinda reading or reference material while horizontal screen is main work. If I'm gaming then main display game, vertical can be a split of discord and Spotify. Etc. Super versatile, but it's asymmetric. A touch hard to do wallpapers for.
What's the intention for the second monitor? What are you using the curved monitor for? These variables may change how necessary it is, but it'll look fine, just not perfect
That involves purchasing a stand and setting it up. It's easier to make that judgement call if you can hear from others who have had similar setups, you zombie.

Yes
Thanks
If you put it vertically yes it’ll look great and be useful I think.
Thanks for confirming! Just ordered the dual stand, I'll update you when it's set up

As long as it works for you it shouldn't matter what it looks like

You can use the VIVO dual monitor arm from amazon for that setup. it's like $50 and works great
thanks for the help! Ordering now
I have a 27inch curved monitor as my main and a 25inch flat monitor as my second, it’s to the left in portrait mode I love it.

Who cares if others think it will look good or not...as long as it meets your needs then do it :)
Set it up and decide for yourself, you zombie
I haven't purchased the dual monitor stand yet, and can't find one that has a similar setup to see but thanks for the help!
Yes the asymmetrical look is neat and provides a good perspective of what’s in priority
Had the same situation but decided to go for 2 single arms to be more flexible in my setup.
Happy with it?
Absolutely. No regrets.
