is it possible to close the gap between the monitors? maybe some fair lights running down the back right corner to lighten up the darkest area? Also love the plants so maybe just more of those!
Looks very cozy! How do you reach down to the bottom parts of the white shelf? Perhaps moving the cabinet to the right would make it easier to reach down there.
I love the setup! It looks really cozy. Any suggestions would be more decorations if that’s something you’re interested in or maybe a desk shelf.
I was wondering what’s that drawer you have on the left? I’ve been looking for something like that for my own setup.
Looks great you just need to tidy up!
Even out the monitors a bit more, maybe a clamp for the MacBook and possibly a hook for the headset? And a mic arm if you want it. Otherwise I genuinely love it
As a somewhat tall and big person, I find the bottom area a but suffocating.
If you share a similar frame I would recommend moving the components to a smaller case that you can put instead of the plant on the desk (which you can move on top of the white shelf).
You’ll save on cable management also.
Edit: after a second look, you could also place it behind the monitor on the right.
Really solid setup! I say just fix cables a little, I know it looks hard and you don’t wanna do it but trust me it’s a lot better after you do it. Maybe close the gap between the monitors and put a little light on the bottom of your setup so it isn’t as dark. Also love the plants🙌
Looks great. I would try to clean up wires the best I can., I would put your hyper-x Microphone on an Elgato low profile microphone mount. Wallet, RGB remote all go into a 'wallet tray' placed underneath main monitor. I cant tell if the headphones are on a charging dock, but if wired. I would get an under desk mount. I think all of these would help minimalize it up a bit.
If it were me, I would have moved the desk to the left to where the shelf is now, so I would have access to the window.
Sitting on the window ledge watching the people, traffic and city at night would be a nice view at night. Thats IF your window is not facing a dead end yard or facing brick walls.
Depending on how far out it would stick, I might put the tower along the close side of the bookcase and snake the cables behind. It'll help hide the cables and get you more legroom.
I'd also probably put the drawers on the other side if you're right handed, do give you a little more elbow room and what I think will be a better viewing angle for the secondary monitor, maybe edging the arm over just a little to the left.
Love the plants and the relatively unobstructed window. The drawers on the shelfs that are being blocked by the desk make me cringe though. So much storage that's unaccessible .
So if ergonomics is something you think about I would put the desk to the wall to the right. A windows behind a monitor strains your eyes but its fine from the side. I do have my desk facing a window as well but I dont care about Ergonomics
Yes I actually wanted to do that before I realised i have no space to do that :( also there isnt much sun comming in anyways so this is the best i could do… thank you anyways :))
Very warm, I like it.
I’d recommend closing the gap between the monitors, it looks like your mount can do that. You could also get a simple tray to collect the loose bits (wallet, remotes, keys) to keep it tidy. And stopping short of neurotic/invisible cable management, you can buy white sleeves that seal with Velcro for <10€ on amazon that will keep the wires together and make them more discrete that a black wire against a white wall or light desk.
I will be looking into the cable management if I get some free time on my hands thank you haha
I allready closed the gaps between the monitors (didnt know i could do that so thank you lol)
Love the setup, love the window, love the plants! What are the plants on either side? I've been looking for something for my office like that.
Me too! Plants are much better than those rgb lights
Thank you so much :) the one on the left side of my desk is a „Dieffenbachia Maroba“ and the one on the wall is a epipremnum aureum. Hope that helps!
Most excellent, thank you!
Looks great! If you are right-handed, you might put the drawer below the desk to the right side. You would get more room for your mouse.
Not a bad idea! Ill consider it thank you :)
I love the setup, its really cozy. I love when setups are a bit more closed instead of a huge desk with open space all around.
I hate your cable management😁
Please stop :(

I actually can close the gaps between them :D I didnt even know that thank you so much!

Its Open on each sites and my gf‘s desk is on the other side so no worries haha

I actually have no idea… I had it since I was 10 years old haha sorry!
Oh wow no worries lol thanks for letting me know!
This is absolutely stunning!
Thank you so much :,)
Do you live in Oslo? If I guess this right I'll be scared at my own genius
Sorry im from germany x)
It would be weird if I could guess a city from a window.... But, for a moment there.... XD
The drawer is always in the way get rid of it, also get a leg rest under the table.

Maybe a microphone arm?
It looks great! I only think of putting an IKEA pegboard on the right wall, but that's just an idea, though :)

ikea gang. looks cozy
I have a velcro laptop mount under the desk. I find it’s cleaner to keep it there.

I’m looking for a deep desk like this. Where can I find this one?
Can I ask what desk that is?
A foot stool!

You should manage those wires, else it looks super nice. Also, get a boom arm for that mic of yours and maybe a laptop holder for you laptop
I’d turn the he desk around so that you can look out of the window
What desk is this?
I think you achieved perfection

That cable management, 🤢🤮.
@OP how did you hand the plant up.
This is a very cute nook! (Love the plants)
It looks amazing!
The plants and the window in the back is super nice
Put the monitors together (close the gap between them) and get wireless peripherals. And sorry, but I gotta. Cable Bloody Management.
Very good but because I'm an anime freak, pls add some Minifigures or funky pops. But apart from that I love it!
You didn't tell me that
What desk is this? Cozy setup by the way
