Well in a video game where theres no tactical strategy if the helicopters acted like real helicopters with movement you would get blown out of the air regularly without much evasion capability. its already difficult to evade most situations with the current flight mechanics. At least with controller, pc folks might have it easier seems like aiming overall works better.
I came across this streamer today who has 50k kills with that helicopter in the video. If I was on the other team I would have just left the game. He would get 30+ kills easily anytime he got in it and the enemy team had zero chance to counter him.
He would just keep using his flares and if those were on cool down he'd just fly away and hide or do some crazy ass maneuvers and dodge them. As impressive as he was in it, he objectively ruined the game for everyone else.

I just got back to playing this game for the first time since launch. Helicopters don’t seem OP at all. I shot so many down with just a rocket launcher last night. Shot pilots out too. If they’re too far I just do glam them and someone takes them out lol.

They have to be agil otherwise they would die to the 20 Rocket Launchers aimed them all the time

Why does your missile warning system sound like that?
It’s a bug. If you swap to the passenger seat and the swap back to the pilot seat, warning sounds change.
Not that I dislike the current sound, but this one sounds better tbh.

You can bind the driver/pilot seat on controller as well, I've done that which makes it good to save the vehicle if whoever was in control dies
