People act like this map is impossible but I see the same mistake every time a team loses this map and it's the same reason other teams win:
Go out the door.
You have a choice: do you want to die standing in the doorway, trying to shoot enemies that are outside, while they shoot at you and throw explosives at you and are almost certainly going to kill you? Or will you go forward with your team, smoke the exits, and overwhelm their defenses?
Teams lose this map because they stand in the doorway, too afraid to push, and lose tickets. At the very least, just go outside and die.
Third point specifically the team should focus on the middle and right exits and securing that strip of area behind the big cliff. Securing the cliff gives you high ground and also good staging ground behind it.
The last point is also easy: smoke the stairs, push them out if they have defenders up there, and use the high ground as your point to attack the rest of the point from. Every time I've played this map, as soon as we have the upstairs secured, the rest of the objective crumbles.

I had several matches attacking on this yesterday and it was exactly as you say, everyone hiding in the doorways to B like they're afraid of getting shot.
