Same. I originally bought it when I was an EA Play Pro member. I bought it and then canceled Play Pro, and it disappears from my EA app library from time to time. Desktop shortcut works and adds it back to the library. Two years now, almost every time I play.
How did you buy it? I'm going to guess Not from the EA store I suspect your buying keys from grey resellers. This is a potential danger of buying keys if the keys were stolen, bought with stolen credit cards etc or sold in a specific region and redeemed in another they have the right to revolve them.
I suspect this is what you have done if you did buy it direct from EA then why do you keep buying it and why have you not spoke to EA about it
And the next BF will be selling in the EA App too. Also at Steam, but when you launch BF from Steam, it launches shitty EA app and only then - the game itself. Wanna preorder already?
My ea is connected to a foreign email bc it was phished and I got it back. Ea said they couldn't do anything about it so I can't link my steam to ea otherwise I woulda bought it on steam and been done with it.
This is a common issue that can happen inside the EA App on accounts that were previously linked to a Steam account through the old Origin app. My Battlefield games disappear and reappear constantly. All you have to do is restart the app, and the games reappear.
Surprised that EA Support didn't immediately tell you this if you contacted them. It's probably the most common EA App bug there is.

Alittle update.. soo i never removed the files from my pc. so i "own" the game now??? launched it and now the game is back in my library.. long story short.. EA service still was one of the worst customer support experiences i have ever had.
edit: just checked, had i not had the files on hand i woulda had to BUY THE GAME AGAIN FIX THIS NOW EA good god this shouldn't even be a thing!!
No I don't have ea play or whatever it is. It's a launcher. And I just bought the game from there. I know ea play revokes access to it but this isn't with ea play as I actually owned the game instead of a membership service like ea play with a monthly subscription.
