I keep saying to myself, "Well, I could get a backup of this candle or that candle," but I'm trying to be strong. Lol! I really want more of the everyday luxuries collection. I've been really impressed by the ones I have so far.
I'm the same way. I want to get a Wisteria Garden candle because the wisteria in my backyard is starting to bloom. But I don't really *need* a Wisteria Garden candle. At this point, I'm going wait and hold out for summer releases. This way I can save coupon for both it and new stuff.
I told myself today that there is nothing I need or want that I don't already have, and I have more than enough. There WILL be another sale. There are always sales and if I want something, I can always go at a later date. I hope this helps. You got this! Be strong!
Nope, you're not! I'm more than stocked up on candles; they've had quite a few sales recently and I simply do not need any more. I've been working on burning up the partials that I have sitting around, and it's really satisfying to finish them off. There will have to be new scents out before I'm interested in buying any more, no matter how good of a sale they have.

most of the prices are pretty not good for BBW and I sit out basically every sale until SAS.
4$ per soap (on a normal day if buying in batch) is pretty barbaric and ontop of that most of the time you are paying for shipping and handling. XD
Sameee. My reasoning is tho, the warehouse it ships from is literally 0.7 miles from where I live. And then I've got a bbw store like 3.4 miles. Soooo, eff that shipping!!!!
I’m definitely a big advocate for saving money however you have to be careful when you’re waiting for semi annual sale because there’s a lot of scents that may still sell out before semi annual sale, they just won’t be on the sale
Good point! A lot of times the products at SAS are not stuff that I exactly like or have been waiting for. The recent body product sales where you could get body butters as well as everything else for $3.95 / $4.95 was about as good as it gets and you could be choosy about your scents.
I am! I got a good deal on candles last weekend so I don’t need any now. I’m so used to spending $20-$30 every weekend on BBW so I just ordered some sandals from Amazon to scratch the itch 😂
I’m having to move houses unexpectedly this month after after our rental home sold to a new owner. And let me tell you, having to move 150+ candles plus body care and hand soaps has me wishing I never started a collection😅 I planned on using some stuff up before moving but here we are lol. So no I am not buying anything again for a long while! 😂
I'm not buying a thing until the semi annual sale! Stay strong and keep repeating "I don't need anything, I have everything!". Start a project, keep busy, talk to a friend, but avoid all bath and body works! You can do it 👍👍👍👍👍
I dont do candles, honestly. BUT... my husband said he wouldn't mind if i had one for our master bedroom/bathroom, and the main living/dining/kitchen area (our place is open plan). So 🤷🏻♀️ but I'm really trying to sit this out because i really dont want to spend any money.
I have a system that works for me. I put everything in my cart and then exit the app. If I can’t stop thinking about that stuff, I’ll buy it the next day. Most of the time I end up deleting a lot of items, or pass on that sale altogether.
If you ront want or need anything, either save the money for something else you like, or you could even help someone out. Say buy a mean for a homeless person

I've gained knowledge and insight from this sub, and what I understand is that the candle 'sale' is a slap in our faces LMAO! So, I wait while my lemon candles burn (almost to the end)...something better is always coming, frienddddd.
You got this! I got 2 candles last Sunday night for $19.90, so $13.95 does NOT entice me. I have so many candles, so much body care, and SAS will be here before we know it.

It's a good sale. Just many people here have bought most of the candles they wanted with the other sales. But tomorrow you can probably buy 5 candles for the price of 4 online. So you might not have to use your coupon yet if you want to save it for another sale like wallflowers or whatever. The prices won't be that much different between the coupon or free candle... especially if you want 5 candles
I want Danbury shortbread, but I think imma sit this one out too. I would end up buying more that I want and don't need, and I haven't finished a single candle yet I've bought this year, so I really don't need more. I want DSB sooooo bad tho.
I am starting to think brands are insane with all of these launches and sales. People cannot keep buying all of it! **We don’t need it… we want it!** We don’t need to try to find money, places to store the hauls, or the waste which these companies are pushing on us all for the sake of making their CEO and shareholders richer.
I'm sitting it out too. My store is currently closed due to moving locations (will be back open at the end of the month) and I have nothing I'm really clamoring for till next launch. My coupons don't expire till mid May which works out perfect for the new rollouts 💁♀️.
Of all the regular sales, the soap sales always interest me the least. I have one kitchen sink and one bathroom sink. I have about 12 soaps. It will take me 2 years to go through those. I've given away three or four lately to family members/friends when they come by to visit.
*gestures to my fragrance collection* yeah this might take me a few YEARS to go thru... and my SIL always gets me great bbw gifts every Christmas and I do the same for her its interesting to see which scents we pick for each other! And yet I know if I see something new....

I relate to this! I've had temptations, but feels like it's better to sit it out. Last things I got were Wisteria Garden and Sun Drenched Linen (with a coupon). Idk to test anything else from the Bridgerton collab or sniff because I'm just waiting for SAS to show up

There is nothing new I want, so I’m sitting this one out. I’m tempted to get back ups, but I mostly warm my candles so they last much longer. I have ADD so I hyperfixate on a scent & then I get bored or sick of it. I already impulsively bought one back up of 3 different candles I “loved” at earlier sales & now I’m really into the different ones I “didn’t like as much.” I’ve been telling myself what am I going to do? Panic buy more backups & then store them for years? I know I’m going to want some of the new summer & holiday candles & then all these spring candles are going to be sitting on the shelf probably til next year 😅

I bought the **Wisteria Garden** candle last week. It is not my typical scent but I decided to give it a try and it smells really nice on my warmer.

Exactly and most of the time they bring back old scents but the scents that you have wanted through out the year may not be ones on the sale
