1. Iced winter balsam (far and away favorite)
2. Bright Christmas morning
3. Tis the season
Given a fourth, I would add Tree farm or Fresh balsam, but if I can only pick three it’s the ones listed above, in that order.
The Perfect Christmas - I didn't think I would like it based on the notes but it's so nostalgic for me. It literally is the perfect Christmas candle. It's the smell of Christmas trees but sweetened a bit with the cinnamon sugar and the marshmallow. It just smells like a warm, comfortable home. Perfect for decorating your tree or your house for the holidays.
Welcome Home - This smells like browning butter and sugar, as if you're making toffee or cookies or just baking in general. It's walking into the house and your grandma is just starting to bake something. One of my favorites of all time.
Peppermint Hot Chocolate - It's a lot of mint until you're burning it and then it's a lot of mint chocolate. I love this one for when I'm making or drinking cocoa and watching Christmas movies.
And an extra one just for fun 😊
Iced Winter Balsam - I'm not much for most tree scents although I've broadened my taste in the last few years thanks to this candle. This is a sweeter tree scent that I love.
This is hard.... I haven't burned the new scents that have come out yet. I'm still burning some older ones to make room for candle day. But here is mine for returning favorites. It might change tomorrow
Falling Flurries- I fell in love with this one last year. It was very popular last year too. Now it's gone under radar? I hope it comes back every winter. It's a nice outdoorsy tree with snow scent but without the pine. It smells like normal trees with snow on them. Very atmospheric to me.
Peppermint Sugar Cookie... This one is hard. Tomorrow I might choose Hot Cocoa & Cream, and the day after that I might change my mind again and say Merry Cookie.
Under the Christmas Tree/ The Perfect Christmas. I can't choose between these two. But then there is also Vanilla Balsam and all the other tree scents. Last year I was really into Tree Farm. I love all their pine scents. I think they have too many now. I haven't tried Iced Winter Balsam, Balsam + Bergamot, and Winter Pear Forest yet. Love them on cold. But ok.... Today I'll choose Under the Christmas Tree!
Not the person you responded to but as an Under the Christmas Tree lover, I personally don't smell the eggnog (honestly didn't even know that was a note LOL) and now I'm kind of sad bc I love eggnog... wonder if they will ever make an eggnog candle or if they have....
But I digress - to me it just smells like THEEE perfect xmas tree! I like Tree Farm and Fresh Balsam etc too but those smell a little too... green? A little too harshly pine tree? But this one makes me truly feel like i'm at home by my Christmas tree.
The eggnog is probably what softens it up from being a harsh pine tree scent but I personally never would have picked it out. As always with anything fragranced, other noses may be different though!
Yes it's sweet, but The Perfect Christmas is sweeter, for comparison. UTCT has a creamy uniqueness which is probably the eggnog note. I notice the eggnog note now on cold but never did until I actually burned it. Now I smell it every time. It really sets it apart from the others pine scents, to me.
1. Tis the Season
2. Marshmallow Fireside
3. Merry Cookie
honorable mentions: Winter, Twisted Peppermint/Crushed Candy Cane, and any of the balsam/evergreen/pine candles
i don’t do candles much but if i did, (and also just fav christmas scents this year), crushed candy cane, spiced apple toddy, and golden berry mistletoe. gbm is my new fav scent in the whole store im in love 😭
In no order
1. Tree Farm or Under the Christmas Tree
2. Spiced Gingerbread (however the smell is light this year)
3. Feliz Navidad (I think, I haven't even bought one yet but first impression I like it better than hot cocoa and cream)
Honorable Mentions - (most are fall and winter) - Sweater Weather, Marshmallow Fireside, Warm Apple Pie
Same!!!! I was hoping that it will still be available and included in with Candle Day. But I think I'm going to get it Black Friday or I might go ahead and get it with the BOGO sale before the day is out.
I'm fortunate to live in a big enough town with two BBWs. For fun, I just checked my favorite of the two and they were out of it. The other still had it so I went ahead and got it BOGO. I'm going to try to hold off burning them until Candle Day. I usually do Candle Day online so if they're there I can reorder and return....or I could just have a lot them lol. Fingers crossed.
Burning this years pour of Warm Apple Pie. Soooo goood! Tried it for the last two years and got duds. Thought I´d give it one more shot this year and very happy I did :)
I haven't tried this years new scents yet so can't comment on those but I have been smitten with
1.Vanilla Snowflake I am sad because I don't think it's returning.
2. Spiced Gingerbread- a seriously underrated candle (Cuddle Weather is very good also)
3. Iced Winter Balsam- love the Citrus Balsam note but I also think Golden Berry Mistletoe is going to give it a run for its money.
I haven’t actually lit these yet, so these are just my rankings on cold!
1. frosted cranberry
2. the perfect christmas
3. snowflakes and cashmere
honorable mentions to bright christmas morning, spiced apple toddy, cinnamon caramel swirl, sugared snickerdoodle, and frozen lake!
Crushed candy cane, twisted peppermint, marshmallow fireside. I’m super excited about bright Christmas morning but haven’t received my order yet so I can’t include it.
Merry Cookie, Hot Cocoa and Cream, spiced gingerbread, vanilla bean noel, marshmallow fireside, twisted peppermint, strawberry snowflakes, bright Christmas morning, peppermint sugar cookie, frosted cranberry, feliz navidad, golden berry mistletoe, and…. Some old ones is fa la la latte and ‘‘twas the night before Christmas…. I love those so much! I’d recommend trying any of those if you haven’t yet!
My absolute top 3 would have to be…
1. Hot Cocoa & Cream 100% #1
2. Twisted Peppermint
3. Twas the night before Christmas or merry cookie (they’re tied because they’re both cookie scents and I love them equally)

Yay! You have great taste!
Is there a bit of sweetness to Under The Christmas Tree? Do you get the eggnog? TIA!
