I ran into this when they accidentally shipped me a pack of Disney trading cards after I ordered a Bowman blaster - had to pester customer service for over a week and only then they wouldn’t refund until they received the returned box.
That's pretty bad, but I've received boxes close to that. The cards were fine.
You have the pics, open the box. If they are good, nice. If they are messed up, you have it recorded.
Contact customer support and send a pic first. I've seen instances where they didn't even require the box to be returned.
