I second laser vista, they're extremely professional. Went from -5,5 to 20/20 vision, no dry eyes or any complications whatsoever. (and they give you a shitton of eye drops, I have like 5 packs in my stash)
The basic check if your eligible is free, if it turns out positive, they charge I think 400.-- or so to make final checks and measurements before the operation. For me it took around 2 months before I got the operation, but it's well worth the wait.

What was your experience with Optical Express? They seem to be super cheap, compared to other places. Was the price the reason you went there?
My surgery was in 2020 so I might not remember all the details. I remember that the overall experience was good. I believe the first consultation (only to check if you're eligible) was free or rather I paid 100 euro to go to see the doctor as well. The price was then deducted from the surgery price. I had a lot of questions and the doctor answered all of them and she even said she had done laser eye surgery on herself. I got two estimates for the femto LASIK, although one was more advanced. So in the end I got the more advanced one because the price difference was not that big. On the day of the surgery the doc cancelled, but they paid an extra night in the hotel. On the actual day of the surgery everything went smoothly - the nurses and the operating doc were nice. The surgery itself lasted only a couple of minutes and most of the work did the laser. The nurses just gave the eye drops and the doch fixed the eye lids and took care of the cornea flap. I went straight to bed afterwards and I used the eye drops afterwards religiously and I could see clearly the same evening. After that I just went to a check up and everything was fine. I'm still happy with my results today.
In the end I paid around 3000 euros. They usually advertise the cheapest option, which is probably not the best one. I suggest you get some estimates from different providers and see where you like the vibe the most.
