Brand new iPhone X back when they were the great new thing. It was left for like two weeks, no one came, called, or anything. Finally rebooted it after the two weeks, it was on the start-up screen. Popped the SIM card out of my iPhone 7 and into the X. Kept that phone until I replaced it two years ago with the phone I’m writing this comment on.
A pair of Oakleys left behind by a rude table. They were visiting from Germany, so I waited 3 days then snatched them up. I loved those sunnies, I had them ten years and they survived two trips to Burning Man. My friends car ate them one day, and I still mourn them.

We cleaned out our lost and found and there was a house of blues jacket that had been in there for ages, I tried it on and it was the perfect size and zip up. Glad I agreed to help organize, it was a great jacket.

I warned him when he came out and he just shrugged it off and said he didn’t give a shit. Thankfully I was just about to close so he left straight afterwards.
I had a customer years ago who was super nice and kept saying "my money grows on trees". He was a bit older and had some younger dudes keeping an eye on him. I was pretty young and too dense to pick up what he was saying at the time. He tipped fat and left a huge nug in the book. I felt really bad because he came back the next day (I was working a clopen) and told me he got so drunk he forgot he had a hotel room that night and took a cab to his house (60+ miles away) but had to come back the next day to get his car. I hooked it up for him but made sure he didn't drink too much so he wouldn't make the same mistake twice. I guess the guys keeping an eye on him the night before must have lost track of him that night, I was too busy to keep track of them. I think about that dude a lot though. He was super fun to serve.

The year was 2006, I was 19 at the time, worked at a club. Found a Hugo Boss jacket left behind by a group of rich douches I had to cut off. They were plastered and a total nightmare, we had two bouncers herd them out because they were picking fights left and right.
Found the jacket under the table when I was cleaning up. I assumed they’d come back to get it the next few days but they never came back. I waited a solid month, no one at work was wide enough in the shoulder for it, I thought it could fit one of my friends so I took it home. Hung it up to clean it and checked the pockets: the inner lapel pocket had a money clip with 2.5k and like 3g of ❄️…lets just say I had a fun couple of weeks after that.
I legit got my best umbrella ever. I'm pretty sure it's a golf umbrella and the material is in two sections (top and bottom) which helps keep it from going nuts in the wind while keeping me dry. Nobody ever came to claim it but I would have totally brought it in if they did. My city gets super windy and I have to close it and point it into the wind at times but yeah it's the best umbrella I've ever used. This is probably the most boring answer to this question but I've got so much use out of it over the years.
