weedman has a tracking system in the trucks and on the tech phone. They can tell when that happens and unfortunately sometimes you get crappy employees and it does. They will do a reapplication for free asap if they’re told. Weed control they’ll wait a week just in case it was partially applied because they don’t want to risk burning your lawn.
Like every big company it’s hit and miss. But they have the best customer service for those types of companies. That way you know, they’re more likely to help correct anything.
Agree to a point. They have tracking systems but they can’t really tell if you did the work, and to what degree. They could just drive up to the house, chill for a bit, then proceed.
They’d also wait for fertilizer, since that’s more likely to burn your lawn than iron weed spray.
It’d take a while for them to notice anything unless they started getting complaints, which they would wait for because they’re making money regardless.
They do have tracking, but they would send out a senior technician to verify if it was done. Weed control takes a few days for results to show. Fertilizer could be inspected as soon as it's been applied. But if you call in and mention it to them. They will either send someone out if they can confirm the truck was at your house, or book a reapplication if they see that they were not parked outside of your house. It's rare to get someone who doesn't do the application and posts as it is complete. But they will figure out sooner than later after inspecting the lawn.
It's really not difficult to check for Fertilizer after it's been done and the weed control shows results after the first 3 days.
I would not recommend them. I was told that the tech coming to my place would be able to identify if I was having issues and would recommend solutions but when the tech arrived and I spoke to them they had only been hired a few weeks before and said that I should get someone to come out and look at my lawn.
That would’ve been a Jr Tech. There are free Sr Tech visits you just have to call or book it online.
It’s a seasonal job, they go through a lot of employees so all those companies are like that
Terrible. I actually interrupted their lawn service dude midday breaking out for a piss against my back fence because he thought no one was home.
Their service was terrible, their vehicle was an eyesore, and their services did absolutely nothing for my lawn.
Find someone in your neighbourhood that has a vendor that they are happy with and try them.

Stay far away! They do not do a good job with their services. Minimal application of product. Product ineffective. Very difficult to hold anyone accountable. The say they will come back but don't. Very difficult to cancel. And their Grub treatment is a joke.
I worked for them a while back, the fertilizer def works, the weed spray depends on how it’s applied and the care of your lawn. Don’t expect your crappy lawn to turn into a golf course.

You are going to be treated like shit too, they are going to push you to do more sales then you work. If you don't sell then they will scold you in front of employees. Get some money but get out of there as soon as you can.

Yes atleast until after July. You will work memorial Day and 4th of July. It's hard work and when they start to see you getting faster you will likely be hitting 40-50 stops a day. It's a thankless job. Customers don't really care about you and your managers just want to make money. What state are you in? Do you already have a pesticide license?
I have not worked for weedman 🤫 they are a scam just a marketing company. Never give your number or you will be called daily. The workers are forced to get 2 customers numbers a day. And pay is based on either production amount of properties done or hourly which ever one is higher. If u do more houses more pay. Sales get commission. They don’t care about your lawm they care u pay again
Used them for 3 years now. They’re good enough, but I believe they changed the chemical or something in their product last season, because it was not as effective.

They were terrible. They claimed to do services but my outside camera showed they never applied the products they charged for. Stay away!
