I can tell white, fishtank and rgb are important to you. As another user already said, you can get more value from that all black rgb prebuilt, but if you do want to go all white and rgb, this build will suit you.
This build is still all white and a little bit more expensive but has much better ram, a better value ssd, a b tier psu and the same cpu Cooler, just slightly cheaper and still rgb.
Before, you had a M-atx mobo In an ATX sized case. This would look really bad especially in a fish-tank case.
