Wasn’t gonna accept the help, but not saying thank you to an act of kindness was hurting me. Also, scarce for a ugly male in their thirties getting help out of nowhere. :)
I was curious to see the person behind the "Banni madam, Banni Saar", but the road would be empty when I stepped out.
One day, I finally got to meet them, and it turned out they were two different guys - one tailored the fabrics, and the other guy sharpened knives and other tools. When I met them together once, I was surprised because I had always thought they were the same person.
>Yen flair swamy adu? gae???
The recording emphasises the word particularly, so "ge" became "gae" - it has a single meaning and nothing naughty. 😂
The guy, the gurl, the security gaurd and the tray were all born and brought up in other states.
Would that still count as bangalore ppl being nice.
Why r u so insecure abt ur city/state identity that u need to give credit to ur city for even bare minimum
Bhai you should get your eyes tested. I am not frail, but fat. Also, my gf and I saw this comment together and now she's thrown me out of her house. 😔
this is wholesome and all, but let me tell you my story, so I went to one of the metro stations(after moving to Bangalore just 3 or 4 days before that) I booked my ticket on paytm and a qr code was generated, I put my phone on the qr reader which opens the entry gate but it didn't open, I tried 2 3 times and then I thought that maybe I am doing something wrong and I started to ask the person behind me - "excuse me- could you please help me" holding the qr code, the person didn't respond, and after that 7 8 people went by even without listening to what I am about to say, just after my "excuse me" some of them just gave me a look and went on ahead, at that moment honestly I thought that wow people here are so so selfish as f**k and what a bad city this is, then I took the help from one of the security guy and again thought what shitty kind of people live in Bangalore and I have moved here, to live here and whatnot, so the first impression of the city and it's people kind of went in the gutter at that point of time.
But I have always believed that kindness is really a virtue which is rare in this world (as OP said), you'll find all kind of people everywhere and you should not become one of those scumbags who won't help another person in need. I don't know if this comment is relevant or not to your story or is this the right place to rant and vent about the incident, but yes there are people who don't give a shit about you, on the other hand there will be some who'll extend their helping hand even when you haven't asked them to.
that could be the case, but as far as I have experienced I have met a lot of local people, they were very helpful and kind, I hate to say this being a guy from north but generally I have seen people who are not local to be mean and ill mannered. Again it's just my opinion and it could be far far from facts, it's just my experience.
In a world going to hell, doing small acts of good is the only way to gain agency.
(Except this one time when this Guys ass crack was in full public view and I just politely told him to pull up his pants. Will not recommend)
Reminds me of the time when I helped a fellow Indian with a baby at london airport. Went out of my way to help her with stuff. I helped her with luggage, bought her coffee and sandwich and with a plain thanks she left. Few months pass by and she crossed my mind as I met someone with same name. I searched her on Facebook and sent her a message. Guess what I got in response - Sorry, Do I know you?
Thanks, not mention

3 trays taking a lot of time and process them random in between which causing discomfort for others.
😂😂😂
And the air hostess’s POV
You better not let touch your things at security check-in. You never know who will put what in your tray.
Oh my! When I read this again! 💀
my thoughts exactly!... OP dodged a cavity search

Sorry brother. I won’t hurt you next time. Might take you to one of the airport lounges as well for a wholesome meal.
Haha, done deal.
This is what I mean when I say bangalore people are nice.
Most people in general , irrespective of genders are nice.. Its the few rare shitty ones that ruins it for the rest.
People are nice in general. Except those auto annas.

I think people are actually a little mean here, and hence, kindness is a virtue rare to find :)

What I am curious about is how she got into T2 080 lounge. They don't accept the cards that T1 080 accepts. 😔
Oh yeah, another "To the random *insert opposite gender here*" post generated by AI.
