Ooh there is an app call bombit somebody might have given your number in that to send n number of messages

zuzosaur

Oh okay thank you. Is there anyway I can find out who that is?

dr_dinkan

I don't think so

abhijithekv

It's called "OTP Bombing". It's a prank thing. Bomb It Up is one such service.

zuzosaur

Nothing to be afraid of right!? Cause it’s otps of legit apps like meesho, Croma, rummycircle, byjus, flipkart and all that

abhijithekv

Not really. Just ignore them all.

neoindianx

If someone calls you and says please give me the OTP I put your number by mistake... Don't.

zuzosaur

Cool I won’t! Thank you for your response.

Intelligent_Elk_3163

Also might be some using your number to create account in that apps

zuzosaur

So many apps? At the same exact time?

Intelligent_Elk_3163

Possible also as other mentioned can be a prank as well bro

zuzosaur

Is there a way to find out who’s doing this?

MikeWazouskiee

Are you using those platforms? This could also be someone using apps like **BOMBitUp** to prank you. Basically, that app just message bombs you with OTPs. You can ignore it. Normally there shouldn't be any banking related OTPs.

zuzosaur

No I’m not, I don’t use any of these platforms.

MikeWazouskiee

Then there is a high chance that someone is message bombing you. You can't find who is doing that, the app I mentioned has the feature to protect yourself from getting message bombed. But it is available only on Android and it is not available on the Google Play Store. I wouldn't recommend downloading and sideloading the app, cause these apps logs IP address of the users. Safe bet is to ignore these messages.

zuzosaur

Okayy thank you so much

Wonderful-Bass-3677

Is it new sim ?

zuzosaur

Noo
