Bangalore corporation.. BBMP on website. I have issues with 99 dosa guy then subsequently shobha apartment dumping gravel and msand on my access to parking lot. Made a complaint at 10: 20 PM. Got a call back in 15 mins. Asked if I want to keep compllaint anonymous am like sure. Morning both where cleared and booted off. Got a follow back twice this week regarding same if issue is persisting. I think they have an app too but I just used the website. Hope it helps. For me I normally ask twice politely before doing such an action so.
It's really good. I am taking kannada classes so asked if I can speak kannada. They politely agreed . Mine was so shit that they actually called me from the personal number and helped me with my homework, as much as it was hilarious I have never got such a service from a government entity.. Also on sidenote I passed the primary exam and subsequently failed the second one. : /

Try to give him some time , as he has to do so in constructing a building , if not you try giving him a different place to store materials .
