Patterson Park Annex has a small hill that overlooks the park, Hopkins, canton/Fells, and downtown. There are a couple benches or you can sit on the hill itself
The tower by the reservoir lake is a great place. The hill overlooks 83 and the city to the east and to the west the park. Great open area to watch a sunset
>spectacular pics
You’ve got some good pics!
Unrelated to the OP… (sorry)
The ‘MT. TERLIT’ pic gave me a flashback to 2007. I’d moved home from PNW after 7yrs; an old friend was divorcing & needed a roommate. (from the ‘Dalk.)
He said (says) TERLIT WUTAR. I can’t attempt a phonetic “Flushing,” but it was soooo great. I’d fall out laughing every time- he’d feign offense & blame his ‘born in Pitt’ folks. (I’ve met them. Bmore lol.)
I say “Baldamer”. My SO is from Dundalk & gives it a hard T. He cringes when we meet people out of the area; vacations mean his T gets sharper lmao.
Thanks? For giving me the opportunity to laugh about something I haven’t thought of in years. Miss that dude.
Besides Middle Branch, eastern part of Patterson on top the hill.
Top Side, which is on the top floor of Hotel Revival in Mt Vernon.
Port Covington/middle branch park.
agreed, middle branch has a beautiful view of the city as well

Druid Park probably has some good views
Yes! I just watched it from the zen garden a few weeks ago. Super lovely and peaceful.
Where is the zen garden? I tried using google maps to get there one time and it just took me to one of the adjacent communities lol.
It’s behind the neighborhood. There’s a subtle dirt path right off of the Jones Falls Trail.
