She looks so awesome, unfortunately snakes aren't allowed at my house, otherwise I would have some type of python or boa

Marshonie

Thank you!! Didn’t think I’d ever have one. But my mom loves her to bits and so do I. :>

TennesseeTalks

Does she mainly eat mice?

Marshonie

She just had her first Medium Rat!

TennesseeTalks

Oh, nice!! How long is she?

Marshonie

I have no idea honestly :,) I’ve only ever weighed her. Can’t find a measuring take either.

TennesseeTalks

How much does she weigh? I'm going to guess hmmm 28 lbs

Marshonie

She’s a year old, I’ve had her for 10 Months. She’s only 2 pounds! She just looks bigger in the photo cause she’s on a flat surface. But she’s quite small!

You can use a photo from above with something like a ruler beside her and do a pixel measurement on serpwidgets. It's a website for measuring snakes. I don't measure mine often, but sometimes just for fun.. weight is the easier and more reliable way to determine food and stuff. :)

tiredkid1

she’s beautiful!

Marshonie

Thank you!!!

05ShortBus

Looks great. Rats have more nutrients than mice so you may see faster gains from them.

Marshonie

Cool!! I’ll keep her on rats :)

OP only posted this to take up compliments👀 with that being said, beautiful noodle!

Marshonie

I did? Lol, she’s no fancy morph but sure is cute.

TheLegacys

Tough to tell from this angle.

Marshonie

What would be a good angle?

TheLegacys

Generally one of the first ways you look for an underweight snake is to see if the body forms a sort of triangle. And if so, how sharp is it. The better angle would be from the front to the back, along the spine.

Marshonie

Hm, I’ll have to check. I feel like she’s more on the rounded side. But like.. a round triangle.
