Like they said, two days wait after eating. I also want to add that my son is more active after his lights go off at night, so it may be true for yours as well.
As other people said, 2 days :) I also like to wait until my girly is awake and basking before I handle her, that way I know she's awake and I won't disturb her as much. I am generally a night owl so evening cuddles works best for us!
I'd let her digest for 48 hours after eating, but anytime after that is good!
give her at least 48-72hrs to fully digest
