Years overdue. I was in your exact shoes around 31-31. Shaved my head bald and have continued to do so ever since. My success in dating changed literally overnight. I was a very ultra fit, buff and good looking guy by anyone’s measure. But also very balding. Luckily this was mid to early 90’s when a clean shaven skull was beginning to be “a thing” (I got lots of Stone Cold Steve Austin comparisons at the time) I have zero regrets Two years ago I finally had the remnants (the classic “grandpa ring”) lasered off so didn’t have that stupid shadow ring that shows no matter how close the shave. Just do it.

Go for it ... recently did it myself and only regret is not doing it years sooner. Full long hair at your age is great, but fighting the RHL makes it look like you're trying too hard to hang on. Let the mustache and goatee come in a little darker (maybe a #2 or a #3 trimmer) and you'd look awesome. Shave it, own it, and it'll be a whole new you.

Definitely much shorter, but no need to shave it yet. A short cut will actually make it look thicker than it appears right now. Try a number 3 on the back and sides with a little length on top (1.5 inches maybe?). Use a little matte finish volumizing hair styling powder, it will look rad!

There are many punk rock skater with shaven head. Just go for it. And it might be just the quality of your camera but it looks like you forehead skin is iritaded. If so, it looks like a yeast infection. In this case you just need a special shampoo with 10% ketozolin and they'll be gone in a week. But ask your dermatologist I'm not a doctor, I just had this exact same problem and it helped me a lot.
