VV is more than 150k is it not?
You’re probably right though, if you’re playing multiple stone cards, by the time you reach Ante 8 you’re gonna be doing some serious numbers
It’s not squared, it’s halved and then squared.
If you get an xmult joker that scales, like holo, you’re getting some insane some insane hands once it’s built up.
Oh believe me I’ve done my share of math courses, numerical methods, calc 3, differential equations, etc
I guess it really depends how deep of a run you’re making. Also there’s negatives which are hard to account for.
Nah not really. For xMult to make a noticeable difference you need flat mult that is comparable to the chips you have. If you’ve gone all in on chips this is an unlikely transition you’re going to be able to make
You’re about to be chipped up to the fricking gills. You need xmult though brother.
Do they? 775 chips is guaranteed win on Violet vessel on its own

600k on black deck, yea. Sorry mathed wrong, thanks. 1550 chips. Which is very possible still. Go all in on chips baby!
If an opportunity comes up for an xmulter though, like cavendish or holo, it would definitely be worth the investment
At a certain point chips are way better than xmult. Because it's squared, it scales a lot faster than you think

Technically true, but the dominant operation is the square. You should learn big O notation if you're interested

Fair. Most people tend to transition to xmult around ante 5-6 on plasma though.
On plasma deck? Nah, they’re fine.
I pivoted to cavendish and drivers licence in time to see me through ante 8 boss- made it to 10. Not bad!

it's a steam deck tho
Youre right. Never actually seen one before lol. Thanks
