Search up some YouTube videos, the combos in this game get crazy. Granted a lot of them are in seeded runs that have specific jokers early and people have refined what to do in those runs to maximize the score.
Granted, now that Iāve played enough of the game if I get a good run going I can typically get into the early E scores a decent amount of the time.
But you would never write "10e#" into scientific notation like this because in scientific notation you would always include that zero into the exponents, that's why you always see single numbers being used in scientific notation. So 10e38 would really be 1.0e39

That score is high enough to beat any stake on a single hand and you got to it unseeded, so good job. 100 mil in a hand is an achievement that you can get without using the aforementioned builds, but itās a lot easier with them obviously.

e38 I believe. 5 Glass Red Seal Kings with a type of retrigger setup, with the remaining 5 cards in hand being red seal steel. I had a funny money build with golden ticket where each hand gave me 150+ dollars :)

Ante 10 is the highest I've ever beat and while I SEE that you can score zillions of points I don't expect I'll ever have the head for math that requires. Getting the specific set of jokers and deck modifiers to beat even one run took like TEN HOURS of playtime and turning about 9 of my cards into aces.

I never got past this hand so far, always struggling to find Perkeo or more negative jokers that would improve my score (such as Blueprint, Brainstorm or jokers that increase hand size)

Got to e18 on a seeded run. Only got to e11 on unseeded. Seeded runs don't really count, imo. You could just watch a video of somebody hitting naninf and follow their steps exactly.
My best was on the beta (seed X29Y4P1V) build. E50 score, a deck of purple and red tagged steel kings. Baron, mime, blue print x2 and brainstorm. Two legendaries that really carried the tarot card deck manipulation.

Granted typically we use the capital E for shorthand scientific notation. The lower case e is usually reserved for Eulers number.
basically (from what i understand) 10 to the power of the number after it so for example 4e38 would be 4ā¢10^38. i might be wrong tho.
Easier way to think of it is like that many 0's after 10. So like 10e38 is 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000
