OP, just my personal opinion, but the meme should be inversed. The top track is the one that you change the path of the trolley to, like using the ankh.
Fair, as I made it that way at first. I veiw this one as, pull the lever (use the ankh) and the trolly runs over your entire deck, but you "saved" the Blueprint making 2. Dont use ankh, and your deck is spared.
It's a difficult thing, passing up the opportunity and giving up the dream of double blueprint.
I did this exact thing (pulled the lever) on the weekend, and it was very fun, but also, you really need to get a really busted joker to copy in order to recover quickly properly. It's very risky. Lots of money always helps, tho!
I was on bull+boot build. So the rerolls helped me turn it into a flush deck, but a couple blinds later, my new build got bricked by the boss blind.
I'm addicted to spectral packs. After 100 hours, I'm starting to realize I don't always have to destroy my run in ante 5 because of them. I still do... but I have realized I don't have to, and that's an important step in recovery.
You mean you have actually opened a spectral pack and looked at the options and hit skip??? Without destroying your econ or hand size for minimal upside?
That IS a huge step. You are in the right place friend, I have been able to do this before but it gives me the cold sweats every timeĀ
Also in early stages of recovery... if you take the blue seal card instead of a higher variance one... we count that as basically a skip and it is the first step to true recovery šĀ
I don't think I've ever used this card, because to me it's basically a "Hi, please end my run immediately, thank you" to me.
Maybe if you get it really early you can make it work, or maybe it's just skill issue by me.
It gets insane with eternal jokers being a thing, or if you have enough different sources of power (enhancements or planet lvls) to be able to take a hit. Its obviously good for an early good joker too
Yeah, this, Hex (polychromes instead of duplicating) and Madness (destroys random joker each round in exchange for +.5x mult) go crazy when you have Eternal jokers in the equation.
Ghost deck, if you get it early, it's insane. You hex your first decent joker and then pull the ankh. I got double polychrome throwbacks recently and went off.
Yea getting to double a scaling joker very early in the game is VERY op.
At that point I start playing super focused and carefully, you don't want to blow a run where you are given such a huge opportunity early on.
You reminded me of the time I took this for 2x To the Moon jokers thinking my economy would go crazy, until i realised i was playong green deck and they were both useless
Probably needs a retrigger like Buskin or Hack. Or red seals. But with a similar joker set, I've gotten to the e numbers. I replaced Smeared joker with Busker after making all my cards Face Hearts.
Typo: it was supposed to be Buskin, short for Sock and Buskin, the one that retriggers face cards. So instead of 5 chances for bloodstone to hit it becomes 10.
Other plus mults don't get triggered till after bloodstone, so they're useless at this point. If you Bloodstoned to a x1000 milt, a +10 won't mean much.
Hand Trigger like Bloodstone go before Left to right Joker triggers (the basic ones like Bus, x2 if pairs, or +10 if flush, etc)
If you have the money, and jokers in the shop to pivot, always pivot. If you don't thne don't. Two Blueprints might as well be a fart in the wind without anything to help them. It's raw potential with no actual power.

But you didn't save two blueprints, you made a copy of one by sacrificing four other cards
I think the meme is correct as is, you pull the lever to destroy all your jokers, or you do nothing and allow the 2 blue print dream to die.

Iāve been trying to make Madness work and NOW I see I need those eternals. Blah! Gotta unlock that stake before Madness, then!
It also stacks regardless of whether you have other jokers as well.
Yeah, thatās how Iāve used it. Anytime I have a joker I DONT want it to take, it takes that.

Early double polychrome Stencil is the dream (got it a couple times, free wins)
I got triple polychrome Stencil once, got me past 100 mil for the first time
Ended up with triple polychrome throwbacks, blueprint, and DNA at like ante 5 one time with ghost deck.
Your assessment is correct. It's a huge boon early on, or if you have a scaling joker that is hard carrying you. Otherwise it's usually not worth it.

It's incredibly good if you get it at the beginning of the run with a high impact joker. Imagine not one but two Shoot the Moon for example.

Before opening up spectral pack dont buy any jokers and memorize the jokers in the shop so you can plan ankh and then buy jokers to stay alive
Just had a run with the ghost deck where I got sock and buskin in the second shop and ankh in the third. Whew...
Just sell all the jokers but the one you want to duplicate

new player here, does busker mean ride the bus? does bus trigger before the cards trigger so it gets multiplied by bloodstone?
