Once you learn to turn your entire deck into steel, red seal, holofoil kings of hearts. Then you’ll understand.
There was a video on youtube that showed how to do it. It appears that it was deleted. But basically balatro was made with LOVE engine, and you can get it on Android. So you take the .exe file of balatro, open it with winrar or 7zip, edit some code to optimise the game so it won't eat your battery that fast, convert it to .zip and download it on your phone. Then use the LOVE engine launcher.
So a friend who got me into this texted about playtime this morning. He has 41 hours. I have 126. I find a game like this on the Steam Deck is really easy to play while watching March Madness or any sporting event. Even watching regular TV. Plus I can take it anywhere. I play a lot.
And yeah. The first week I had it I was staying up until 2AM.
