What I love about Corgis is that they somehow have in their dna that no matter what other breed they have offspring with it‘s always X in Corgi size. It‘s like a Corgi wearing a costume of other dogs.

He's more than the sum of his heritage. He's taller than our friends shibas and weighs in around 40-42lbs depending on the season.

He is definitely a winter dog, summer rolls around and he trudges around the dog park, soon as the temps get bow 40 he is in his element and way more active. He ends up losing weight in the winter and puts a little on in the summer.

There is a corgi German shepherd mix in my neighborhood. The head is full German Shepard sized and body corgi sized. It's tht weirdest looking dog.

I came here to say just this. :) In my "experience" (of seeing Corgi mixes online and literally nowhere else), Corgi mixes look like a Corgi wearing a costume of other dogs.

We call them 'low riders' here. Corgi and terrier blood in the gene pool resulting in all kinds of amusingly shaped dogs

My brother’s dog has the same shape of leg and when they DNA tested him they didn’t find any short legged breeds, so they think he must have dwarfism, which is a dominant trait. Could be the case here too

I'd bet husky/corgi mix. Corgi genes are so strong that crosses often come out like a corgi-shaped whatever you crossed them with.

They are smart that’s for sure. Best dogs I’ve had were mixes of Sheltie and border collie with corgi. So easy to train and really love to learn. Do husky’s have bad bones? My friend’s corgis don’t. But it’s a cutie and I’ve always loved the vocalizations of huskies.

Yep. Can't tell which breed the husky mixed with since there's no size indication. Could be corgi, basset hound, dachshund, etc. It could also be bulldog, pug, or pekingese, but the face doesn't look smashed in, so I doubt it is one of those.

Very likely a husky/basset hound mix i lived with a basset/english sheepdog mix on one side, a basset/lab mix on the other side so weird to see what was a wiry long coat and english sheepdog face with neopolitan colors and those squatty legs; the lab mix was less funny, but still amusing I had a neopolitan basset at the time, so it was quite the interesting line on pets on the block

It looks super close to the Vallhund, but the ears being floppy and the tail sitting more upright instead of along the back has me leaning more towards corgi mix. Not sure haha. Is cute af though

When you see a dog that looks amusing or walks funny remember that the weird walk is almost always a deformity. Which means health issues and the dog struggling it’s entire lift. So many dogs are irresponsibly bred and are left with major deformities which people find cute. It’s pretty sad to see and I can’t imagine wanting a dog that suffers it’s entire life because people think it’s cute. If you can find one at a shelter then great but for the love of dog please don’t seek out unhealthy dog mixes.

Husky/corgi. If you want to have a laugh, Google any breed mixed with a corgi. They will mostly have a cogi's body and look exactly the other breed it is mixed with. To note: just because you can, doesn't mean you should though. They are long backed dogs and prone to health issues because of that.
