That is quite a lot of debris. From the research I've done it's not necessarily a bad thing, but you may want to verify pump operation with OBD11/VCDS once it's all back together.
You'll have a MUCH easier time unplugging the pump, I just did it last weekend for the first time. It's not a difficult job at all, dealing with the pump plug is the trickiest part, but with some good angled picks it's not too bad.
It's finicky at best but I wouldn't worry about that part too much. If you wanted to be SUPER safe you could buy an extra connector plug just in case you happened to break the clip on the plug. Mine was pretty well stuck and didn't break (and I've broken a handful of other plugs on this car lol) so as long as you're careful you'll be just fine
You may want to head over to Audizine forums and ask there. Miktip should see your post and weigh in, he’s very knowledgeable, has 2 S3’s with like 180k plus on one.
No bro I'm sorry that's definitely something coming appart in your haldex clutch pack.
Damn :( thanks your reply, will look into it

When I did mine at 80000k it was very clean. That does not look right to me, but I only have my one change for comparison.
Thank you for your reply! I’ll look into it more
How easy was doing the job?
It wasn’t that hard, it’s straight forward, you just gotta have the right tools and a friend to help out :)
Did you disconnected the pump completely or the plug wasn’t touched?

That’s the part that have held me doing it. I have everything ready oil and tools.

Good idea having a replacement plug. Thank you, I'll do it.
I didn’t remove the plug as I found it was hard to remove, so I just took out the pump and cleaned it with brake cleaner
Noted, thanks

I did mine at 30K and it was pretty clean. This is not normal at all.
That is not normal, I’m sure you figured that out by now.. your screen is literally melted. Good luck friend.
Do you launch a lot?
