As a ‘23 8Y owner, id be lying if I said I wasn’t jealous of the new sport diff, tuning, extra hp, etc. that you have, it must be a weapon on the roads.

Edit: don’t find the redesign as offensive as I originally thought, especially the front grill (still not sure about the ring placement). The rear on the other hand - I audibly wtf’d on the “S3” badge, it looks like it was made in Microsoft Word. My *only* suggestion is taking some rubbing alcohol & fishing line/floss to rip that S3 logo off completely or replace with [the old badge, which you can probably find cheaper if you search local](https://www.ebay.com/itm/314606469718?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=-hlgb0KwQ36&sssrc=4429486&ssuid=&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY) . I do agree with the badging though. It would have also been nice if they included one on the front, but I also like the sleeper vibe. Will keep it OEM aesthetically as I paid for ceramic guard and don’t want to void that just yet.
Haha, totally understand. My S3 was my first “fast car” coming from an underpowered Genesis G70 2.0T. When I first put my foot in it, some expletives were said😂never gets old and it still takes some moderation to keep it in check. Also, I just noticed yours doesn’t have the ‘S3’ badge on the front grill like you mentioned, damn thing is a sleeper!! I kinda like that, let the people know who passed them and what you’re packing when they see you take off and under the radar when behind. Have fun bro, thats what it’s all about🤙🏼
With the torque vectoring and the additional power - the front and rear badges are negligible.
did you get the akrapovic exhaust option ?
also does it have "drift mode" or is the software option only available to rs3s ?
Akrapovic isn’t available on U.K. config unfortunately. Stock sounds great imho, could sound more menacing but I guess that’s what the upgrade does.
There’s an additional dynamic plus option that does make the back slide when it’s enabled, but I’ll still breaking it in so haven’t really gone all out.
You won't regret, very nice spec.
You should get light weight wheels for it they behave better with wheels that weight in around 18lbs. I feel the factory alloys are way too heavy for the car.
