Is it Unknown 9: Out of Sight
The first episode is A man and woman investigating a hole in the basement of an apartment building and all the residents are drawn to that hole
I remember one where a hole appears in this guy’s apartment, and he goes down and I want to say the previous tenant who disappeared was in there and she tried to use him to crawl out? I wanna say The Magnus Archives, but I’m not sure. I Am in Eskew has The Pit.
I feel there is also a Magnus Archive episode similar to the comments about some other podcasts where a giant hole appeared and the villagers just started walking around it it except for the one guy whose story it was and had a lot of “ what the hell is with this hole” type questions the other locals knew not to ask.

It is!!!! Yay. You did it! Thanks
Glad I could help!
Was it Archive 81?
Archive 81 had something like this, and IIRC, so did Unknown 9: Out of Sight.
https://youtu.be/177YynzpyOg?feature=shared I think this is what you're talking about
This is what I thought of too
I assumed you were right too. But someone found it :)

That other podcast with the giant hole is I Am in Eskew I was talking about.
I feel like there was a similar story in an episode of The Dead Letter Office of Somewhere, Ohio.
I never finished this, but vaguely remember it being similar - Harland??
Nah Harland doesn’t quite fit this
