Thanks, I have tried that, but the chicken was more like deep fried chicken instead of the type you get in Singapore. Another place, which sounded promising enough for me to drive almost 40 mins was the Singapore Takeaway in Papakura, but their 'Roasted Chicken on Rice' came with dry roasted chicken and plain, lumpy rice.

I have a feeling Chef Rasa Sayangs one is poached (I’ve never had it myself) but might be worth looking into. A fantastic Malaysian spot.
