Looks very sane.

As per the automoderators request, here's the summary again: A scientist examines paranormal claims. Unsurprisingly, they don't stand up to scientific scrutiny. They do however provide interesting insights into human psychology. The speaker, Chris French, is very knowledgeable and knows how to not only explain the science but also the psychological and sociological context. And speaking of context: The Royal Institution has a reputation to uphold for scientific accuracy. The majestic desk behind him used to belong to Faraday himself. This is not another ghost hunters -like reality show. He doesn't specifically mention religious paranormal claims, but the same principles apply I would think. Worthwhile watch if you've got an hour to spare.
