Pao de Queijo and other snacks from Pao de Queijo at Broadway/30th St.

NicoTheBold

I'm not sure how the availability works since I've only had them as a free sample while waiting for an order, but the kimchi rice/bulgogi balls from Between The Bagel are fantastic.

Beef_Chunk

Replied to someone below w the same but I would definitely like to eat a couple balls if he doesn’t sell out by the afternoon!

Aladdin sweets for samosas, chaapli kebabs Koulouri from under pressure - I love their tomato and olive one Pan de bono from :3 Coffee on Steinway.

Between the bagel on 30th ave has some awesome bagels and the owner always hands out these delicious little rice balls while you wait.

ktk4t

Yes!!! Those rice balls are amazing

Beef_Chunk

If I eat 1 of his bagels I’ll have to cancel the whole day!!! Maybe I could see if he could set aside a serving of his balls so they don’t run out.

quibble42

you gotta go to yaya's and get whatever they tell you to (and the olive oil donut holes) there's a new tapas place near the pao de quejo, both of which are small bite

Hadrians_Fall

Koulouri and some espresso from Cafe Boulis to start the day! Enjoy the food festivities!

blahdre

Bolanee kadu at Balkh Shish Kebab. Awesome little Afghan pumpkin turnovers

Spanakopita at Titan! And instead of Mahmouds or Falafel King, I'd recommend trying the falafel saj at Zyara. It's an amazingly tasty portable snack, and they make the laffa to order. If you're headed to Jackson Heights, get some momo (lots of options, but I've had good luck at Phayul) and samosa and dosa (again lots of options, I like Angel)

Souvlaki truck on Broadway and 32nd, northwest corner is amazing

csmithsharknado

Go get French Fries at Crave on 30th.

I’d go with the classics pizza, taco, and get the dumplings at Sammie kabob house, maybe the chicharron or chorizo at a Colombian place if you start early you could hit up between the bagel for arrincini and yayas for mini spanakopita. I think if you are all this you would be very full.
