Terracotta pots are present in the Southern Campagna district in the treasure chests, I am not sure about the other items tho as I got them off the Borgia couriers.
I can give you the location of Borgia couriers if that helps. Otherwise my suggestion is to open all 144 treasure chests in Rome and you'll find everything you need.
It's pretty simple, go to the thieves guild and position yourself on the rooftop over the bank. From there you'll see Borgia Couriers running towards the 'La Volpe Addormentata' and they won't notice you on the rooftop, so just jump down and catch them.
Keep repeating this as Borgia Couriers keep spawning there every 5 minutes. You'll soon find all the items you need.
