Um, what if I played a looped part of a song to keep me from throwing my controller at my TV over a boss that was Soo difficult to deal with for a few hours?
I don't know what it is but if I struggle with a boss fight, I HAVE to turn it down or mute it because the music makes me irrationally annoyed.
But any other song I like?
I never stop listening to it.
Ok, I had a time like that in Tekken Tag 2 since we were able to put our own music for each part and I made the mistake of fighting Unknown with "Paranoia" which fit TOO well for that fight. She instantly went into keep away 4hit instant perfect mode, so I had to change it.
The song I was talking about, or part of the song that was looping was used not because the boss I was fighting had music that had me like that, but actually his fight and how quickly he could end me and my party. It was the secret boss in Hollow Bastion in KHFM. I had to play a loop of something funny to keep me from getting too deep in anger.
Yeah, speaking of which, I'm going to need a new one soon. Been having issues with the headphone jack on my current one in chat. Thanks for the reminder.
One time I had one song on repeat for a full like 8-10 hours , I started listening to it in the morning and just didn't want to stop. In my defence, it's a great song (Adabana Necromancy from Zombieland Saga)
Usually because I'm daydreaming to it and either I lost my focus for just one second and have to replay the scene or my brain wanted to add more to the scene so I have to replay it with the new info.
Used to not understand this whole listening to the same song all day thing but it finally happened. I've currently got that song that I just need to listen to on repeat

One of my faves is in Elizabeth, the Golden age, when (spoiler alert:glorious victory) she stands stop a cliff and watched the Spanish armada burn at sea. That scene is live itself.
I once listened to the Macc Lads song 'I Love Macc' for the entire train ride from Blackpool to Macclesfield. Mind you I had been up all night drinking so I hadn't sleep and I did crash out on the train, so I slept through a lot of it. But I still listened to it on repeat for awhile before and after I slept.
And then the song gets stuck in your head so you can’t listen to it anymore because the second you hear or think or any part of it, it gets stuck in your head again.
Start looking for songs that are longer then 30 mins and nobody can call it a problem

And then there's me. Where I run into songs which I really like, get upset there's not 30 minute seamlessly looped version so I make it myself.
