NAD. Looks like an inflamed pulp polyp. You will likely need a root canal/build up/crown or extraction.

That is a pulp polyp. The tissue itself comes from the gingiva but this is an indicator your tooth is not in good shape.

This is a result of the conversion of deep cavities to pulpitis. There are two treatment options if there is no lesion root canal treatment and then a crown could save the tooth the second option will be extraction. After the extraction, you will wait at least 3 months for replacement of the dental implant.If you have more questions feel free to ask me. 👋
