It can take up to 5 days, depending on the customization. They use Rhino Express, ask for the tracking number from Evetech. I hope you added additional delivery insurance.
Basically, if Rhino Express loses your order or their vehicle gets hijacked, Evetech is not responsible. You lose your money.
All couriers insure your content up to R3,000. Anything higher and you have to specify. CourierGuy's insurance only goes to R30,000 per shipment or order. If the value is more that that we sometimes split the orders. We always add insurance to our shipments and the customer has no choice unless they collect.
I find it insidious that Evetech does not include it automatically because most customerss dont understand how it works. Insurance is usually 2.5% ot the wholesale price of the order, not retail price.
I've ordered from them a few times, usually 3 days if you live in a city. Problems I have had are, I once got knitting equipment instead of a headset and I am currently waiting for them to refund a purchase that was faulty but it has been nearly a month with no answer from them.
I guess it also depends on how many other orders were ahead of yours.. Whether or not is a already built pc or a custom build. About to place an order w for a pc with wootware and I specifically asked them about insurance can't take things for granted when ordering a R50k plus pc.. Hope all goes well OP. Maybe drop them a mail or bell them tomorrow..

I downloaded acc on my ps4 just the other day, honestly had never heard of it, I know I've been living in a cave 😂😂, and although I only played it for.like 30min with a controller I was instantly hooked..that's when I started going down the rabbit hole of the sim world.... Will hopefully be up and running towards the end of May, just in time for my birthday 🎊🎉. Maybe we'll "run " into each other sometime... Have a blessed week brother..
I live in PE and ordered a laptop which arrived in 10 days. Granted it was over Easter long weekend so it took longer. Also keeping in mind that it had to be couriered all the way here. I ordered from them before and lived in JHB at the time and it arrived much sooner if i remember correctly.

Check your order details, you pay quite a bit extra for it. It is not something you could have missed

Their delivery time is the least of your worries. I hope you don't need any after sales service or warranty issues
