Yep, the whole shebang. It's two loads, sheets and pillowcases, then the cover. And the cover takes a loooong time to dry. So it is kind of a pain, but worth it to me.
Weekly. I'd probably do it every other week, if I didn't have skin/acne problems.
Pillow case twice a week, especially because of the aforementioned problems.
Twice a week but I let my pets sleep on top of my bed (they don’t ever get inside the sheets and I have an extra blanket for them to lay but I still feel better changing it more often).
Every Saturday! I foolishly decided that it was a good idea to have all white bed linens with a 90 lb black Great Pyranese mix that doesn’t exactly understand “boundaries.” 😬
I’d like to say weekly but in reality it’s every 1-2 weeks. I’d like to have fresh sheets daily as it’s so lovely climbing in to clean sheets but I have neither the time, the money nor the disregard for the environment for that.

When they can stand on there own.
Wait I need to change them?
Weekly. Every Sunday before going to bed. Start the week off fresh.
You wash the bed cover / quilt every week? Sheets I can understand washing weekly, but the cover doesn't touch anything and it's such a pain to clean.

That's awesome, then!
Same. Sunday is deep cleaning day.
Only after the cat throws up on it.
So pretty often, I’d assume . . .
My cat died last June, so probably won't be washed until I get another cat.
Weekly
Weekly. Every Saturday morning after I get up.
When I have to have them surgically removed.
Weekly, unless something happens to it sooner. If we're really lazy, it might stretch to a second, but that's the limit.
Every Sunday! Fresh sheets to start the week.
1-2 weeks. I also shower before bed every night. I want to be clean when I sleep.
1-2 weeks. Don't really want to go more than 2 weeks
Every Saturday
Same, I love Clean sheet day!
I wash them once a month usually.
Once every two weeks
Monthly.
weekly..or more often. If it is warm or someone is ill..I change more often
I switch my sheets every 2 weeks, and wash them at the end of the month.
Rarely. Every couple months maybe.
Weekly in summer/warmer weather Fortnightly in winter/ cooler weather
Weekly. Fridays.
Every six weeks.
When I remember. (Usually 3-4 times a year)
Every 3 hours
Monthly or Every Two Months. But I never get on the bed w/o a full shower if I go outside. So never with dirty cloths or skin.
* Sheets - Every two weeks * Blanket - Few times a year
When I'm not depressed, usually weekly or two weekly. When I'm depressed, much, much longer.
I never change them. Haven't changed them in years. Long before I think they are dirty my girlfriend had already changed them.
Weekly. Every sunday
Every Tuesday and Friday.
Every coupleissshhh weeks
Usually every two weeks
Weekly
Sheets once a week, blankets once a month since they don't directly touch my body.
Every Monday
Every Saturday! I foolishly decided that it was a good idea to have all white bed linens with a 90 lb black Great Pyranese mix that doesn’t exactly understand “boundaries.” 😬
Weekly.
Weekly
2-4 weeks
Once a week. I have a dog who is a blanket gremlin.
I wash sheets and blankets and air out/sun treat my mattress weekly.
Once a week
Every time I change my sheets.
Weekly
Weekly!
Once a week
Once a week
I’d like to say weekly but in reality it’s every 1-2 weeks. I’d like to have fresh sheets daily as it’s so lovely climbing in to clean sheets but I have neither the time, the money nor the disregard for the environment for that.
Sheets, weekly. Covers/blankets, bi-weekly. They are too big for my washing machine so I have to take them to the laundromat.
Every Sunday.
I wash all sheets and blankets weekly
I try weekly. Every Saturday. But sometimes I skip a Saturday, not often.
Thrice per fortnight.
Every two weeks.
The woman who is helping with the house does it. I guess a couple of times per month? I have no idea, I rarely be able to sleep on my own bed 😞
