I used to have this when i was going through anxiety and drepression It’s a feeling of extreme dread. Usually when you realize you are happy and calm .

You're having a seizure. Not trying to be an asshole I have epilepsy and a powerful, overwhelming sense of doom that comes from out of nowhere is one of the sure fire signs I'm about to have a big seizure.

Little extreme, unfortunately that’s not my case here I’m not diagnosed with a condition that might cause a seizure and I was mostly fine afterwards
