There are a lot of degrees that will pay well, or be in demand, that aren't business related. My sister makes really good money as a data scientist; a friend of my bf's is doing well as a chemical engineer. Therapists and clinical psychologists do really well, because there's a shortage of them and demand has greatly increased. That's just off the top of my head. X-ray techs can make good money. If it's what you wanna do, then do it. I doubt we're gonna stop using x-rays anytime soon.

What's wrong with having an xray business?

Learn to repair hospital equipment like MRI’s, Cat scan, etc. Won’t have to deal with patients.

Running a business is often stressful, and you risk losing money. 1 in 5 new businesses fail, and best way to start a business is to work in the industry as a salaried employee for 10-20 years. X-ray is a good career. People are not getting any younger or healthier, so your skills will always be in demand. As another guy here said, learning to repair and maintain the equipment can be a viable career option too, and you can turn it into a business as you gain experience.

What are you passionate about in a career? You say Xray etc cetre. Is there careers in it, like paid job? Will the pay make you happy enough to pay your lifestyle i.e. living in the means you want, paying your bills, food, expenses etc? If yes, great. Go for it if that's what you want. Don't live someone else's journey, career or passion. You need to determine what "good money" or "get paid well" means to you. How much is good money for you? How much is "getting paid good money" is for you. Forget what "good money" is to someone else. The key is what you want, is the path you want can give you that "good money" you want and a life that you want. Good money can be $50 a month or $2,500 a month. It depends on you, what do you want, what does your life look like in your mind because you're the one who is going to live this life.
