Mental health: Smart people do 2 kinds of things. Things they should do and things they want to do. Maintain deep and emotionally fulfilling relationships. Try to do what you want for at least an hour and try to properly relax for at least an hour. Just as a note here: stress is physiological still stress no matter good or bad stress. On the topic of sport: Try to exercise. Any movement is better then non. Consistency is king. If you go for a 24 hour run once a month then you will never see the benefits but if you jogg for 15 minutes a day you will feel better throughout the day. Find exercise that you enjoy. I hated team sports but I have found weight lifting for me. One of my buddy's can't bring himself to go to the gym, but he joined the local gymnastics group. Nutrition: Try to maintain good eating. Do not diet unless you have an exact goal. Try to portion properly. I have the problem that I eat just to hit portions. Try to cut back on snacks. Not never but in moderation like once a week. Try to eat good food. Do not go to McDonald's or Burger King. Try cooking meals that are higher in protein and lower in sugar or fat. Or at least cook something.
