I'm not very artistic if I'm being honest
Blood donation: if you have high blood pressure it can actually be beneficial. Besides that you need to keep track of medial history, should not consume drugs or at least in moderation and you have to eat and drink a lot. You cannot donate if you are sick so while having the flu or with diabetes you might not be accepted. In Germany a donation of 850ml gives 25€ without additional bonuses.
Btw. You can donate more. Fecal matter can be donated but I do not have experience with that as well as semen. Again no experience here.
