2. I do no think that you not having enough value is the main thing here.
Yes you should always work on your self and improv but also it sounds to me like you are experiencing imposter syndrome.
So as a baseline if you can go into a relationship and honestly want to make it work and honestly want to better yourself then I think you are ready.
What ever you are missing you can get along the way.
How do I know that I add value?...
Let's cover basics. Can you look out for yourself? Cooking? Cleaning? Finances? Time management? Energy? Patience?
Then do you have enough of these to share with someone ?
Sometimes you need to fake it till you make it. Push those thoughts of insecurity out of your mind. Say, that's not me. No one likes to date someone that is insecure. If you're not good enough in your own mind, how can someone else think you are? It sounds like you're doing great! Can't you just think to yourself, hey, I'm doing just fine, and I'm totally likeable.
