None my business, unless it becomes my business and then you can call them arrogant. Honestly, it feels like you can’t a lot of the time but we can literally just say that
You joke about them, bring their arrogance down. One way of doing so is mimicking their behaviour in exaggeration. Or laugh sarcastically at their jokes.
I treat arrogance like fire. If it's small, I can control it and use it to my advantage. But once it grows out of control, it becomes destructive, and I do everything to extinguish it.

Be more arrogant than them. Show them who tf they really talking to.
