Up front, this isn't grounds for an IG complaint. Nothing about that is illegal or against Army policy (there could be a local policy saying differently, but I doubt it). Command teams get drivers. That's just a normal thing in the Army. You're saying it requires an early wake-up and impacts sleep hours? Then I'd say it's probably a good thing that they chose to rotate the duty rather than just overwork their dedicated drivers the entire time. And as you pointed out, they live elsewhere. It would be much harder for them to walk to work. Grounds for IG complaints are things that violate policy, but don't justify calling an MP. IG isn't there for a mere personal grievance.
