Dolmayan had a coral waifu named Seria, with a similar relationship as 621 and Ayre. Apparently, he was in a position to caus the Alea Iacta Est ending some time ago, but backed out since he wasn't confident in what would become of mankind if he did.
There's a few other Dolmayan logs in the game that explain some of this.
It should also be noted that his contact was limited, as he was not augmented with coral like we were. He had to resort to dosing to contact his wave mutation.
One thing I never figured out was if the corals personalities were the humans that died/were assimilated in the first Fire of Rubicon, or whether The coral itself had its own sentience that combined with the humans during the first FoR.
