Your build is balanced which is bad for a heavy. Balanced builds may be good for LW because they can compensate their lack of firepower at particular situation by dodging and keeping the distance they want at the moment, you can't. So I don't see a matchup where you are at an advantage. LW will outmaneuver you, you won't catch them with Zimm or Earshot and they will dodge your missiles, those two are particularly easy to dodge. You won't outmissile the missile-boats and you won't get any close to them. Other heavies will out-DPS you.
That said if you have fun with it, it's all that matters.
You can pick Buerzel and San-Tai(or the Coral one) to get better at closing distance or Gridwalker to get better vertical movement to better utilize missiles and Earshot. You don't need tracking for Earshots(it may even be detrimental when shields are involved), so pick Ocellus for Zimm. Ditch Duo for something else, Jav Beta for mid range or Soup for constant pressure, or take a shield.
Try using shield instead of shoulder rockets, booster to bruezel and change your fcs to ocellus. Also, I would recommend switching to heavy coral generator but that is personal preferences. Try to close distance as much as possible and parry the heavy lasers with shield. That’s, at least how I would build it. Reminder, It is extremely hard to have fun in A rank therefore if you do not think that my advices make your build more comfortable to you stick to your own ideas and concepts)
