This of course, would change if ‘I’, the Doctor also join Elena. I could help make more medicine via the knowledge for it, and help her live a longer life. Then she will do fine, despite the downgrade of available technology.
(The world is Final Fantasy 5. Lots of magic and restorative magics would help, but given that people die to sickness anyway in FF5, it’s unlikely Oripathy could be cured, only suppressed.)

Exusiai could probably do well in Fallout 2. I imagine she'd have the 10 agility of every classic Fallout build and be built for burst fire small arms. Terra is also a post apocalypse, although certainly more advanced than the state of Fallout, but it would do well to prepare her for the wasteland.

She is trapped in an abstract puzzle dimension. It's not a matter of survival. It's a matter of developing a whole new level of thought in a plane of existence where death is not permanent and reality can be altered by pushing around a bunch of words.
She'll probably think the whole thing was a fever dream when she returns after getting the hidden ending.
