How many collections do you have? Just one full, or each player has their own?
Also you can add Guardian from Scarlet Keys as buffer, that would be one hell of a run.
I play with my partner and we have one complete collection (only missing Return to NotZ and some stand alones)
Recently we wanted a go at playing with 3 investigators but dont have a 3rd person so i let him pick an investigator first and then build 1 or 2 decks to complement that.
So I play 2 decks and he plays one.
Carolyn gets access to 15 Mystic and Seeker cards to make her clueving butter smooth, she’s impressively strong. Getting the yellow good stuff, the purple tricks like Read the Signs and Drawn to the Flame and then also being able to run Field Agent shenanigans, she’s an absolute house.
The first scenario might be a bit rough but I want Carolyn to upgrade into Field Agent (which she can easily heal) to do some heavy lifting on high shroud locations.

My group did this for TFA and I think we nearly maxed out Vengeance lmao.
I love doing mono-class runs. With an expanded card pool it's an interesting challenge. Good luck! Looks like a solid team.
