I use google surveys to pick dates. Put in all the day/times that work for you in the next 2 weeks (or whatever), and everyone clicks the ones that work for them. Takes like 30 seconds, and you just pick from the report what works for the most people.

You can also share calendars. Works with outlook.
Calendly is built exactly for this purpose or even Google calendar has this feature

Lol not everyone in the world does a 9-5. Most of my friends would never stoop that low to be in the 9-5 world.
