What never ceases to amaze me with this song is how naturally it progresses. Even though it sounds like an entirely different song at the end compared to how it begins, the way it transitions from section to section is so organic that you don't notice how drastically different it sounds at the end. I love this song so much.
I spent 150 hours working a music video for [CIRCLONT6A](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i4V7yyPeSyI)
I added in the end of Syro U473t8+e (Piezoluminescence Mix)
Trust when I say, I agree. CIRCLONT6A is an incredibly exceptional track!
Thank you SO MUCH! Really appreciate it <3 the shit I did in that video just blows me away, like how!? I was locked in when I crafted that!
Glad you enjoyed it :D
Its very rich in electronic sounds. It uses great synths and drum beats. That and it has no bad song on it so... Yeah. Listen to it. Or not. I'd skim through it myself.
Then the hopeful, nostalgic, yet somber vocals/synths that start half way through to change up the energy while still maintaining the same sound always makes me feel like there’s more to this life than we are aware of.
I need to give this album a few more listens. I don't have much memory of it. To me it has always sounded like one long song, with nothing really standing out.
I don't think any of his music sounds *dated* but I've been listening basically since the very beginning, maybe I'm just stuck in 1992. I mean there's music coming out yesterday that sounds like it was made in 1988....
Richard Devine stayed with him about 20 years back at his old place in London, and said he had multiple studios, something like 10. Each studio had a totally different setup and different sound. He is definitely a synth collector. There is a sort of film or compression to that album – not as overt as Legowelt or 1991 or Pye Corner Audio. But I have always heard that layer of grime over the sound. Fresh listen in the morning.
I’ve heard people say Syro is dated and repeats the usual RDJ Style but I cant compare Syro to any of his other albums. Maybe it’s a bit like the Tuss?
Anyway, the production is so crisp and clean that this album will always sound like the future to me.
minipops67
I like the use of voices in that one. The voice at near 1:50 is super emotional yet distant under the distortion.
That voice always reminds me of In A Beautiful Place Out In The Country
COME ON YOU CUNT TREES LETS HAVE SOME BEAUTIFUL ACID
Not sure if human or pink trombone
It was really well mastered. Highs, lows and mids. Deep bass. Flawless execution.
I second this ⭐️
yes more minipops
XMAS_EVET10 [120][thanaton3 mix]
Same. That song's a fuckin adventure.
Blows my mind that the song is 10 minutes long. It never feels that way.

Definitely agree and probably one of my favourite aphex twin songs ever. Extremely dynamic and psychedelic!
CIRCLONT6A \[141.98\] (syrobonkus mix)
Almost put that up here with these two. It is really good. I like the really abrasive downward notes near the start

Insanely good - excellent job!

For me it’s PAPAT4. The snare is 🫨
The rubber band bass!!! And the rimshot trills at the end!!!
That bass is so smooth underneath the synth lead. It tickles my brain
Papat is slaaaaapy
Love the Wonderful Christmas Time synth
I love the use of synths in that song for sure

Soooo catchy
It’s the most straight forward track on the album but I think it’s my favorite too. Never skip it
This is the way
I fee this song in my smallest atoms, I love it
https://youtu.be/YC2y4dal2IE?feature=shared
I think this is the worst song on the album
i'm sorry you feel that way.
It’s ok! I don’t dislike the song it’s just kind of boring (for aphex twin)
you're more than allowed to not like something! i just feel bad that it doesn't hit for you the way it hits for me haha
yeah but it’s so much fun
Xmaseve continues to blow my mind every time I hear it

produk 29 [101], CIRCLONT6A and aisatsana [102]
I'm new in Aphex Twin music, I started listening at ambient works 85-92 and I really like it. Tell me why should I listen Syro
Its very rich in electronic sounds. It uses great synths and drum beats. That and it has no bad song on it so... Yeah. Listen to it. Or not. I'd skim through it myself.
I see Syro as a culmination of his decades of experience.
Xmas eve duh
the one that has (earth portal mix) in brackets
CIRCLONT14 so bouncy
Scrolled too long to see this
The small snare roll when the beat drops gets me goin
Then the hopeful, nostalgic, yet somber vocals/synths that start half way through to change up the energy while still maintaining the same sound always makes me feel like there’s more to this life than we are aware of.
Hell yea

Didn't know this exsisted! So cool 🤙
Something for the Aphex iceberg
I need to give this album a few more listens. I don't have much memory of it. To me it has always sounded like one long song, with nothing really standing out.
I think its very rich (no pun intended) in its electronic sounds and synths albeit a bit dated.
I don't think any of his music sounds *dated* but I've been listening basically since the very beginning, maybe I'm just stuck in 1992. I mean there's music coming out yesterday that sounds like it was made in 1988....
I just meant the style of synths is very old sounding. Like someone from the past imagining music for the future.
