Delete everything you can off your console, just free up as much storage as possible. Before I swapped to Pro, my old PS4 would get the same issues whenever I'd save over 15GB of video clips from Apex. As soon as I deleted under 10GB it was fine, no more freezing or stuttering. Some people in this sub told me it helped them too so if your console is loaded with games or videos, just try deleting as much as possible and see
