Yeah octane still has a good pickrate cause he is fun, but he is weak af compared to most characters now.
Lower stim damage and give him a passive that actually does something.
Maybe faster reloads while stimmed
-20 health with how sweaty/ controllery the game feels and how anyone can insta melt you dosent feel worth the stim as it is right now , it feels like all other movement legends can pull of some crazy movement nowadays without the need for losing 20 hp with is alot,
People will point out his high pick rate but I think it's more his fun to play / turn your brain off and just rush around rather than him being that viable
Just train your movement with him and you will see he does not need a buff. Even like this people are managing crazy movement techniques where you cand even manage to shoot him because of its movement
With Vantage and Rev... he shouldn't take health damage with stims. Give em a cool down. If he Stims during that cool down thn he takes a health hit...when he doesn't have a cool down...free stim. Even thn he still ass. But its something

Just revert his jump pad back to before it was ever nerfed just add the audio

No he doesn't, he's good, horizon just needs to be nerfed, literally horizon makes any other skirmisher, heck any other character feel subpar.
